On-Site Documentation
Our team arrives with all equipment. We systematically measure each room, photograph from multiple angles with proper lighting, capture exterior shots, and create aerial views if applicable. Duration: 2-4 hours depending on property size.
Processing and Production
Measurements are converted into digital floor plans. Photos are processed for optimal clarity and color. Virtual tour is assembled. Drone footage is edited. All materials are prepared for delivery.
