GuideXoza provides technical documentation services for properties. We measure spaces, create digital floor plans, photograph interiors with controlled lighting, capture aerial views with drones, and produce 360° virtual tours.

Our work serves private property sellers and real estate agents who need accurate measurements and professional visual materials for property listings. We document — we do not sell or broker real estate.

Our role ends when we deliver your materials. What you do with them — how you price your property, which platforms you use, which agent you work with — is entirely your decision.

We work throughout the Metropolitan Santiago region and Valparaíso region. Urban apartments, suburban houses, properties with land — we document all residential property types.

Scheduling accommodates your availability. Documentation sessions typically require 2-4 hours on site. Final materials are delivered digitally within 3-5 business days.

Equipment and Methods

We use professional-grade measurement tools, DSLR cameras with proper lenses, drone equipment for aerial imagery, and 360° camera systems for virtual tours. All equipment is maintained and calibrated regularly.

Documentation follows consistent procedures: systematic room measurement, comprehensive photography from multiple angles, exterior shots showing context, and aerial views where applicable. Every property receives the same thorough approach.
