Service Description

GuideXoza provides professional property documentation services including measurement, digital floor plan creation, real estate photography, drone aerial imagery, and 360° virtual tours. We deliver completed materials digitally for your use in property listing and marketing. We do not sell, broker, or intermediate real estate transactions.

Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided according to scheduled appointments. You are responsible for preparing the property as outlined in our preparation guidelines. We will perform documentation work professionally using calibrated equipment and established procedures.

Scheduling and Access

You must provide access to all areas of the property requiring documentation. Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Properties must be in documentable condition at the scheduled time.

Deliverables

Documentation materials are delivered digitally within 3-5 business days after the on-site session. Deliverables include digital floor plans with measurements, processed photographs, drone imagery (if applicable), and virtual tour files. All materials are provided in commonly used digital formats suitable for listing platforms.

Material Usage Rights

Upon delivery and payment, you receive rights to use the documentation materials for marketing and listing the documented property. Materials may be used across any listing platform, marketing channel, or promotional medium related to the property. We retain copies for quality assurance and legal compliance purposes.

Accuracy and Verification

We use calibrated measurement tools and systematic documentation procedures. Measurements are verified during the documentation process. If you identify any discrepancy in delivered materials, notify us within 7 days of delivery for review and correction if warranted.

Property Condition

You represent that you have authority to grant access to the property for documentation purposes. The property should be in safe condition for our team to work. Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed prior to the scheduled appointment.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to reperforming documentation services or refunding fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not responsible for property sale outcomes, listing performance, or third-party use of documentation materials.

Payment Terms

Service fees are determined based on property size, complexity, and requested documentation components. Payment terms are provided when services are scheduled. Full payment is required before delivery of final materials.

Intellectual Property

Documentation materials are created specifically for the documented property. While you receive usage rights as described above, we retain copyright in the underlying creative work. Materials may not be used for purposes unrelated to marketing the documented property.

Privacy and Data

Personal information and property details are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We maintain confidentiality of property information and documentation materials.

Service Limitations

We document properties as they exist at the time of service. We do not provide property valuations, legal descriptions, boundary surveys, structural assessments, or real estate advice. Documentation materials are for marketing purposes and do not constitute official property records.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any disputes will be resolved in Chilean courts with jurisdiction over our business location in Arica.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted with a new revision date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
